Excel colour Count (2016) V2

Hi All,

**I had a previous Freelancer mess me around. So had to repost a second one, while awaiting my Refund. ***

I just need an excel sheet (like attached) to count the total coloured cells i.e Yellow, Green & red within the white range cells.

I want to do this without VBA , preferably just excel formulas so I can replicate it myself. As I did it via VBA recentley however the sheet was very slow and kept crashing. So looking for an alternative way that doesn't rely on macros.

I have attached 2 examples of how I want it to look.
