Excel charts based on single data set (3 data points)

I have created a test set of data for NPS scores and need to get two charts from it:

Box / Whisker; (box / whisker per client) and
Scatter plot (dots coloured according to client)

I need these to have 2 Slicers:

Slice by Client
Slice by Date

The data I will need to capture in future will be 3 data points:

Date
Score (1 to 100)
Client name

Do you think you can help?

I have attached the sample - and a view fo the charts I need. However, I need to data to be in one dataset, not multiple separate sheets. Currently I can't get a scatterplot and a box / whisker, from the same set of data.
