Excel calculation from external list

Description: We currently have an excel list of ingredients with their individual weights (in grams) of a teaspoon of that particular ingredient. We need to set up another excel sheet for blends where by entering an ingredient name, the full name will autofill (from the tsp weight sheet) and the weight of that ingredient in a teaspoon size (from the external excel list into column B of the attached Blend-Weight_sheet) will appear in the next cell. We would then use this new sheet to calculate the weights of the various ingredients that go into a blend.
We'd then need to use this new sheet to calculate the quantities for x1000 or whatever multiple of that blend.
