Excel 2003 VBA Very Small Error

I need an Excel VBA developer with access to Excel 2003 to run a macro (that works in 2013) and identify why the little squares are appearing on the lines the macro is writing to.

The macro is a very straightforward piece of code however there is something that Excel 2003 doesn't like and I do not have that version so I am unable to replicate the problem. The fix should just be replacing a little piece of code that is causing the problem.

I will send the document over to the winning bidder, I am looking to get this done ASAP.
