Data collection via scraping

We are looking for a developer to scrape information from search results on www.argusrentals.com. We need a program that we can send the location and dates we require, for it to then collect the information form the website above as mentioned, information such as car category, doors, aircon, price, deposit etc etc and provide the results which we can store in a database.

The ip address for the requests must change as this company track ipaddress of requests and after a few requests will return false information

Please provide a solution so we can post information to your program and get the results XML for sending and receiving data would be perfect if possible

This is a very urgent project and we require it tomorrow if possible just to explain the imporance
