Data analysis from a website, crypto NFT based

We need a program which will scrap and analyze data from a digital marketplace for crypto and NTF's, compare variables from each item, and return the result in the form of an actionable notification.

The process is as follows, the program must happen in real-time, be fast, efficient and scalable:
Analyze all active sale items in the marketplace.
Items are analyzed individually.
Two variables will be compared from each item.
Of the two variables, when one variable exceeds the other than a result is produced.
This result will trigger a notification with a direct link to the item.

We do not know how this program will run, we will need guidance on this.
