Create macro to identify differences between files in 2 folders

Looking for someone to develop a macro to run in excel that will compare the excel files in two folders to identify differences. Within each folder there will be files with the same name e.g. file Test A.xls will appear in folder x and folder y as will Test B, Test C, etc, etc. Within each file there will be many tabs with data so the macro must be able to check all the data contained within the file. Where differences are identified, the output must show the files and the tabs where the differences exist, displaying the lines and highlighting the differences.
