Create Excel sheet to pull data from API through power query

I'm looking for someone to build an Excel based tool which will pull data via REST to a non-authenticated public API through Power Query.

The API in question returns data in JSON, and there are a number of parameters which I wish to pass to it that will come from a table within Excel.

Further, I want to be able to iteratively run queries on the API as there may be permutations of the parameters (generally up to five iterations but the solution should provide for n-cases).

Where this iterative process is undertaken, I would like the option of combining all of the data into a single query table, or having it separated based on the number of iterations, with a table per iteration.
