Create a fully executable and install version of Free OCR version 3.0

Free OCR version 3.0 has been replaced by Free OCR version 4, so when you go to CNET to download the software, you are offered version 4 and if I try and download version 3, I can't get it to work. I have version 3 working on an old machine but when I copy across the executable it won't install on the new machine.
Version 4 is ok but for my purpose, version 3.0 is much better. In short, what I need is to be sent an executable and install process that will enable me to install and operate Free OCR version 3.0 on a Office 2010 machine.
