Controlled ITS using segmented regression analysis

The freelancer should provide, preferably, a STATA script giving code for a segmented regression analysis and interpretation of a sample of healthcare data on patient-level events for a 10 year panel. The response variable is expressed as both a ratio and binary variable and the denominator is defined as the total patients discharged from a healthcare organisation.

Several interruptions have been defined and the procedure for segmented regression analysis needs to be implemented on this sample. The main control group is a separate region. Coefficients relating patients' age, gender and discharge volume (differences) by organisation need to be provided.

Usual assumptions and model diagnostics need to be implemented and an example paper will be provided to support the analyst. Data delivered as a csv. but must be redacted so a smaller hypothetical sample will be provided. Freelancer must be comfortable providing code that deals with missing data and describing how code can be amended for the real data set. The scripts will be used on this main secure dataset.
