Contacts research for social media influencer of software tech

I need someone to collect contact information of tech Youtubers to promote our software. I need the email address of youtubers whose channel is about technology or software demonstration or reviews.

The following information of influencers:
Name of YouTube channel, Link to the channel, Country and Email.

Note: Here are some basic requests of YouTube influncers:
1. Area: USA, UK, Canada.
2. Type of channel: Technology, software reviews or IT information (Game channels not included)
2. Subscribers: more than 20,000 subscribers
3. Other: video of high quality, high engagement.

I need 100 channels at least and more the better with offer of 0.1 USD per email address.
