Construction Estimating & Quantity Surveying- Commercial & Luxury Residential

Description of analysis: We are in need of a highly detailed and thorough Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to help with Large Commercial & Luxury Residential projects in the USA. We are looking to outsource all of our estimating needs and would like to develop a relationship with our ideal candidate.

Requirements:
1. Must familiar and able to complete the work in US/Imperial Units
2. Must have experience with all divisions- 02000 through 160000
3. Must be able to use plan swift, bluebeam, excel and other related software
4. Must be able to understand/speak English and communicate proficiently
5. Must be extremely accurate and thorough. We are looking for total project take-offs and not simple sq.ft. calculations.
6. Must be able to conform to our formats and templates already established in excel format.
7. Must be able to understand our needs and deliver high quality work with reasonably fast turn around times.
8. Experience in building and architectural design is a plus.
9. Must be proficient at reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
10. The candidate should understand that construction plans are not always 100% complete and should have the ability to either make reasonable assumptions or ask for additional information via RFI's.

We build large commercial and ultra-luxury residential projects. The need for accuracy in the estimates/quantity surveys is paramount. It is our goal to find an estimating partner to handle all of our projects moving forward. We are excited at the possibility of finding our ideal candidate look forward to growing together.

Ideally we would like an estimate of the cost and hours it will take you to complete the work on a per project basis. You will be emailed the documents for a formal proposal. This would include any additional instructions or requirements. Once we agree upon a price for the project, we will release you and be available for any questions, guidance or anything else that you may require. We are looking to build a team with a freelance quantity surveyor for a long future together.
