Civil work for property in California

I need a civil engineer, familiar with US civil engineering standards, to do the civil work drawings for a residential building project in California. These civil drawings will be part of a submittal package to acquire a city permit. I am the lead architect for the project and I will coordinate various activities from MEP to structure and civil. The applicant must be very familiar with US codes and standards of civil work, including, grading, cut and fill, drainage, etc...
Please send me two samples of such drawings you have done for a project in the USA, preferably California.
