Basic reviews of UK properties - value and rent comparables

I am looking for someone who can do consistent reviews of UK residential property investment opportunities to help validate the two key numbers - the market value and the expected rental income of a house/flat. This would involve say 40-80 properties per month, with an average expected time of 20-30 minutes per property, and light touch reporting on the results. This would be done using comparable properties in the same area as the target property, using sites like Rightmove, Zoopla, Mouseprice, and Spareroom. As a business we can likely educate someone how they need to go about it, and we are trying to get this work done as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. Offshore solutions will be considered. We could do this on a price per report basis or on an hourly basis and this work will be ongoing each month.
