XML setup Jupix estate agency feed on 'Easy Property Listings' plugin on Wordpress

I need help setting up/configuring the XML feed/data that comes from Jupix estate agency software and running it on the 'Easy Property Listings' plugin on a wordpress site.

The site is already designed and built. The plugin for Easy Property Listings is already installed and styled and I have the XML link for the Jupix account feed. I need help setting it up so that this XML link will get pulled into the site, the properties get populated and every evening a cron job is set up to refresh the data so that new properties get uploaded to the site automatically.

I am aware I may need to be purchasing additional plugins/add ons but this all goes beyond my ability.
Please provide a price based on your time to get it all done. I can handle the purchase of the additional plugins and add ons myself based on your advise.

While I am not a fussy/hand holding type - I would prefer it if the winning tender was available by phone contact if need be.

I have no idea what budget I should be posting for this but based on what I have read on blog forums about setting it all up - I have set a rough budget. Please do not be offended if I am way off the mark - I have never had to do this before.
