General information for the website: We are a website that helps guide aspiring models on how not to get exploited

Description of requirements/features: Hello
We already have a developer who is already working on the functionality of our soon to launch WP site but we need the site (especially homepage) improved. And so, if you can show us who you would improve the homepage to make it look more streamlined and funky, that will be appreciated.
As well as the homepage, we will need various pages slightly improved to make it consistent with the homepage obviously. We will need the site finished as soon as possible as in within a week as it just needs slight improvements and not a radical overhaul as time is not on our side
Once finished, if you prove to be a good, reliable and creative designer, you will get to design our other site being www.modellingjobs4u.co.uk
For the present task, and to be chosen, we would appreciate seeing some of your work in action (but not necessary). The site you will be working on is http://staging.modelscams.org.uk/. So if you want to do a quick draft of the site to show us your work, please feel free to do so.
