WP design and functionallity

The WP theme where the designs are bassed is this, i have buyed it already: http://themefuse.com/demo/wp/voyage/
The website will be in 2 languages, Spanish and English.


The design is more or less what i show in the attachments. One for the homepage and the other for the inner "products" or hotel tabs.

That is basically all the structure for the website. About functionallity must show photos, video, and Google map for each "product" and have some category filters in the search fields.

The products should be in best SEO structure and coding to be natural positioned by google.

I would like to get a quote with this information. After if we work together i will provide more information, details, desigs and files.

We look a long term relationship to do different WP projects, SEO ...etc.
Description of requirements/features: Mainly are 2 types of pages, and the usual contact form, and description pages from WP, but this are already designed in the theme.

I want specific quote for this project, not general description for other works done.
