Work on an Existing WPLMS Site

Description of every page/module: Need someone to help with the following on an existing WPLMS site:
Description of requirements/features: Update to the latest version of the WPLMS theme
Implement security functionality/plugin on the site
Help reduce site loading speed without reducing the quality of the images -
Help Course Masonry to load quicker – at the moment it takes too long to load
Course restart for existing does not work – needs someone to fix this
Help looking into why Students cannot submit assignments - Quiz, Units are ok
Help sync Units, Assignments and auto evaluated Quizzes so that they can work together effortless for students
To aesthetically improve the Blog Page
Help customise certificate for auto evaluate course
Help customise discussion board
Help customise and add Job Board to the Top Menu
Create Course Enrolment/Application Form to the Apprentice page
Sign up – enable approval by the Admin
Help looking into why we could not renew course or change expiry dates
