Wordpress widget installation

I need the Wordpress widget plugin Transposh to be set up and activated on my Worpress theme The Perfect Couple. I would like to have the site translated to 2 more languages in addition to the default (English). A language translation switch should appear at the top op the page. The problem I am facing is that in my Appearance menu I cannot find Widgets to be able to integrate the Transposh switch into the interface.

Please take a look at both The Perfect Couple theme and Transposh and let me know if you are confident you can set up the Transposh widget to work on The Perfect Couple.
