Wordpress website updated

I have the psd of the current template.
Description of requirements/features: - Home page layout needs to be redesigned similar to http://www.jdsports.co.uk/home (my template attached)

- A custom registration page? I don’t want people to sign up on wordpress but instead on the website itself - if that makes sense. Like a registration page on argos/JD/Topman etc

- A menu item that shows ‘Register’ when viewing the website as a guest and when logged in, it shows ‘Logout’

- 3rd submenu category

- It currently is responsive, but I think it needs a little tweaking. You’ll see that the cart box is out of place when you resize your window.

- Other little tweaks
Extra notes: I will also be working with you with things and graphics to make the process easier and quicker (hence the reduced cost).
