WordPress website theme customization job

Hi, I would like to inquire for a quote for you to perform customization work on my theme so I have some features included.

Where a 3rd party plugin or service is not applicable then please indicate on the relevant timeframe for the customization job as well as the cost of implementation.

The following pertains to the new features we want to be implemented on the site:
Search filters should be as follows:
• By Max number of guests-
• By Budget- The filter should be in range size so below 50usd, 100 USD 200 USD 300 up to maybe 500 and above. This filter should be based on the minimum amount they are willing to spend.
o There should be an option to say per head, per hour or per day- these should correspond to the metrics entered, for example, if the pricing is per head, it should respond to the max number of guests.
o There should be an option that says “venue only” and “add ons selected included”
• By Event Type
• By Amenities
• By Services- if possible when someone selects catering and there is a price attached to catering can it adjust the budget filter if they tick an option that says include in the budget.
• By Activities
• By Location- if possible if it can give a range in km like within 100km of your current location.
Please leave an allowance for us to delete or add more filters in future, and also please do it in such a way that the filters are in sync with the fields that have been entered under each profile. These filters are to ensure that the user finds their perfect venue according to their specific needs.

I was thinking these filters should appear on the page “Book a Venue” And then once a venue is selected these buttons come into effect:

• If given pricing, then it pops an auto-generated quote
• If no pricing, the request goes to quotes@yuplan.co
• Then YuPlan forwards quote to the venue owner
• Details needed for the quote

• Dates of event
• Type of event
• Time fo event
• Max. # of guests
• Additional services (optional)
• Design template for the quote
• “Thank you for requesting a quotation for [Insert Venue Name]. You will receive the quotation via email within 24 hours”
• When sending an email: “Note that the quotation is an estimation of prices given that all the required amenities may not be included. Please book an appointment for free in order to finalise your requirements”
• “If you are happy with the quotation, book the venue here”
If the quote is unable to generate or be sent then send the request to our WhatsApp chat as support or help, so we don’t miss anything.

Send requests to both the venue owner (who is in charge of the profile) and YuPlan team (bookings@yuplan.co)

• Use current process on the website
• Pick a date and get a message saying the owner will confirm the date
• Once the date is confirmed, finalise amenities, and go to the payment page and pay for the booking
