Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 1 week to 10 days
Hi everyone,
I've bought a theme for a Wordpress website. Essentially it is made for a shopping experience but I'll have that section turned off.
Here is the initial preview of the theme:
StyleShop: http://www.elegantthemes.com/demo/?theme=StyleShop
If you look on the home page of the Styleshop the only section I want on the homepage are:
- The big front slideshow
- The special offers section, but this would be called "New Items".
Below are the layouts that I'm ideally looking for, I have attached photos to correspond to this:
1.) This picture attached is the idea I am going for the homepage. This is actually a screenshot of the homepage. But I can't get rid of the Designed by and Powered by elements, I know you guys can but I can't figure out how. The button link for "Live Quote" would always want to be Green. The same green in the logo: #afd14b.
For some reason as well the "Special Offers" writing gets blocked. This should appear in the grey bar above the smaller pictures.
2.) The next picture attached is the layout of the equipment. In this example we are viewing all the Accessories items.
Ideally if we treated these as posts so we can categorise them and add tags so they can link up automatically on other pages.
It would be good to add a custom input on the posts for daily price and weekly price. So this would also follow and be attached to that post throughout the entire website.
This next picture is of one of the items after you click on it:
Aside from the obvious that is shown above. I would like a "Related Products" section underneath. I guess we can do this by using TAGS or using CATEGORIES somehow.
The main photo on the item's page would cycle through the other photos unless the user was to click on the photo. There would be a few occasions where one of the photos would be a video rather than a photo.
The "Description", "Included" & "Support" are all separate TABS.
The website at the moment is fully responsive and it would have to stay that way.
I have a quotational page already made, I just need it styled and fitted so it feels like it is part of the main website.
09 Rentals - Quotation:
http://www.rentals.09productions.com/quote/
That is the main bulk of the website.
I'm looking for someone that can achieve these custom fields and layout on this theme.
Also as another note it would be ideal if the equipment items would handle in the following way:
A system whereby an item can be submitted like a post. This post can then have TAGS and be put into a category. Daily and weekly prices can then be added.
This post would then utilise it's Featured Image as it's main image as well as its daily and weekly prices on other parts of the website.
It's tagging will then introduce other products related to it. "Related Products"
Many thanks,
Phil Moreton
