Wordpress website images inserted and content styled

General information for the website: I need an hourlie to take the text and images supplied and style them within a theme
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: I have created the necessary pages and written text within them but I need an hourlie to take my images, re-size and interpret them into the theme already installed, plugins are also already installed.
I need to outsource this to a reliable and professional hourlie because I have so much work on at the moment, it needs to be complete by the weekend. I would like the finished theme to use the images within fusion sliders (already installed)
The successful hourlie should be confident on photoshop to re-size, re-colour etc the images supplied to complete the website professionally.
Specific technologies required: wordpress and photoshop
