Wordpress website files need to be constructed into a live website.

General information for the website: Single page portfolio based website

Description of every page/module: I have reluctantly returned to PPH as their customer service is atrocious.
So I am looking for a no nonsense web builder/designer who can knock this out without any problems (the design brief in itself isn't exactly difficult).

I have a folder with WordPress files which I need to be converted into a working web page.

All that I need is for it to be built, for it to be mobile friendly, a responsive and user-friendly CMS that will allow me to alter/add images, text, colours etc...

Then if you could be so kind as to advise me how I install it onto a website hosting service such as GoDaddy. I have a URL name in mind as well.

There isn't a particular rush on the build but what with it not being a difficult task, I don't forsee it taking too long.
