have a teeny tiny agency and need someone who is excellent with communication, reliable, hungry for ongoing work (I have a lot) and has decent availability during IST . I do work a lot at night so this time is ok.
MOST IMPORTANT are communication, reliability, and ability to full comprehend American English. I need to be able to "toss things over the wall" and know that they will be executed on perfectly and with good speed.
