Wordpress Website

I would like all the basic elements like emails,name transfer, basic features ect, i want to use a online shop theme for selling various vehicles on-line, i have the correct theme sourced on themeforest. i am very familiar with word-press as i have another business that has a wordpress website, and over the years have got used to adding my own things so i just really need all the basics set up.
