WordPress VIP expert for project consultation

Hello WordPress VIP experts,

I am looking for a WordPress VIP expert to consult me on a project. To give you a bit of an overview, I am developing a website which lists projects - these projects need to be listed in a random order every time, users visit the page. The problem is listing the project in a random order every time users visit the page.

We are using WordPress VIP for hosting the website.

I have tried the 'orderby', 'rand' but it is not recommended solution by WordPress VIP environment. I was suggested to use vip_get_random_posts but it did not solve the problem for me because WordPress VIP caches everything so it could not help me.

I was then suggested to pull posts via JavaScript and render it on front-end. This is where I am struggling because posts also have custom fields. This is exactly where I need your consultation..
