Wordpress Updates

I have some small changes that need making to a Wordpress website - http://charles.redpreview.com/ (To stop playing the video click the Pause button )

I have too much on at the moment and need these changes done ASAP, they are not difficult.

Add scrollbar to content pages similar to joseavillez.pt. Rather than the default scrollbar, the client wants just a small up/down arrow and a left one to close the content window.

The site is using the Simple Video Gallery plugin, however the client needs to specify a thumbnail image (at the moment the plugin takes the first frame of video)

Please only bid if you can do this job today.
