Wordpress tweaks

Hi,

I have 2 tweaks to make to a wordpress website.

1. Amend a plugin layout so it is responsive (1 hour) - 4 columns of content display (news) and need to simply make it so each column is responsive to device.
2. Resolve a bug with this plugin - https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-colorbox/ , it appears that the lightbox is not respnding correctly on iphone device (although testing in online mobile testing it does) - unable to scroll through the content that opens up in lightbox.
