Wordpress theme tinkering

We're just starting to develop our new site here http://qrtest.cluhost.info/wp/

We would like to make the following changes... How long do you think they would take you?

1. QR Branding/Logo capability along the top bar on the main page

> Move search and social networking icons to right.

2. Change the website theme to Black/Red (in keeping with QR colours)

> Also ensure that any other buttons / pop out items etc are Red

3. Website background to Black also? (N.b - maybe too dark?)

4. Main point: Portfolio tiles on the front page - Need to act like normal pages/ be more flexible to handle text only.

> E.g where there is a slideshow/video at the moment, we need to be able to use that whole slide for text.

> Ensure addition features that are available in pages (e.g accordions / lists / tabs ) are available in front page tiles.
