Wordpress Theme from Imagery already done - MUST BE 100% MOBILE RESPONSIVE Please

General information for the website: We need a full Wordpress Theme developed from Imagery already done/approved
Description of every page/module: Homepage and 3 or 4 inner page variations
Description of requirements/features: Homepage image shows components / inner pages needed.

Form for "Find Me A Machine" page
Product summary pages (from searching for a product)
Individual Product pages to have multiple images, product description and form to enquire about product / book an appointment to view.
Extra notes: See attached image - We have no in-house resource free at this moment to finish turning approved imagery in to Wordpress theme - Homepage image shows components / inner pages needed.

Some design perfection, potentially on buttons which are not perfect will need to be done before turning in to theme.

All imagery colour and font information can be found in attached brand design PDF or will be made available on Dropbox or similar to successful PPH developer.

I must be confident you have done work like this before, accurately and in a timely manner - So ONLY send a proposal if you have 3 or more examples of similar work and give me a number of days to finish along with your price.
