Wordpress Theme Fix/Customization

Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: this is a premium wordpress theme isntalled and already customized.
However the blog template/design is not really the way i want it and for that reason it will need just small customization to the blog template as follow:

- changing in the look of the right sidebar to differentiate the (Recent Post and Category Title/header)
- add a banner to the blog home page(There is a meta slidder installed but for some reason i cannot add the slider to the blog template as i would to any other page).
- add a breadcrumb to the blog page
- Make sure the right sidebar appears on the right when click on post category

This Could be done through blog-template file or CSS.
