Wordpress theme development

Hi,

I bought the Big Easy theme from yootheme.com. We want to build a website that's exactly like this: www.exhibist.com. It will basically just list exhibitions and events and each listing will have pictures attached. but I'm having trouble getting started as it's too complicated for me. I'd like someone to do a few customization things to make it look like exhibist, and also set up the tab (there are 4 and two won't have much info, about and contact) and the other two will list the events..

I'd like to get a quote but I'm on a very low budget for this.
