We are looking for a Wordpress developer to make a custom theme for our website: macinteract.com.
The site currently uses Swift Page Builder and a Swiftideas Cardinal child theme. It has become slow to load and edit and is difficult to maintain.
We do not want to simply replace it with a different multi-purpose theme and plugins. We want a properly coded custom theme without using unnecessary plugins which create slow code.
The new theme must include a way to easily adjust existing content and add future content (pages & posts) in a straightforward editor. We currently use the Swift Page Builder but are not happy with it.

Swift Page Builder (powerful, but slow and generates convoluted code)
WooCommerce store with products on https://macinteract.com/learn
Coursepress Pro (online training courses plugin)
WatuPro (quiz plugin)

• replicate existing layout across all pages & posts
• create clear structured CSS and create consistent styles across the site
• integrate existing hard-coded homepage into new theme
• use footer from homepage across all pages
• integrate existing WooCommerce store and products into new theme
• integrate existing CoursePress Pro course pages into new theme
• integrate existing WatuPro quiz into new theme
• reduce number of options, e.g sidebar options
• adjust search results page layout & font size to match existing pages & posts

Your job description is very unclear to me. Can you please clarify what you mean?
What are you referring to when you mention 'the main website', 'currently a hack outside the actual theme'? It's very confusing and not easy to follow what you are referring to.
