Description of requirements/features: I need someone to customize the inner page of my wordpress blog to look similar to the attached version. The inner page will need to look nearly identical to the attached image. The functinality will need to work on via responsive just as the rest of my site does.

This project requires design and development (coding).

The theme I'm currently using is http://themeforest.net/item/permatex-leads-generating-wordpress-landing-page/5436960 and it doesn't contain visual composer.
