I have a simple blog that I want created. I have created the PSD files and need them converted into WordPress Theme. The PSD files will need to HTMLized and then created into a WordPress Theme. The PSD files are to show you how the site should look.
The functionality is very basic, just like a basic wordpress. Single sidebar right. I have screenshot with instructions that will be provided to the freelancer I chose along with the PSD files. All work done on this project will remain the rights and intellectual property of me the owner. The freelancer is just a working who is hired by me to create the work.
