Wordpress Speed Improvements & Above The Fold Optimisations

Description of requirements/features: We have a Wordpress website and have installed W3 Total Cache but it needs configuring to reach its full potential.

We are looking for someone to complete the configuration of the plugin so we are taking advantage of all speed optimisations.

We will also be looking at the 'Above The Fold' optimisation plugin - this too requires configuration and the critical css needs to be configured etc.

There is also a flash of unstyled content being shown on some of the pages (homepage in particular) which will need sorting out.
