Wordpress Responsive theme customisation

We have a Wordpress theme that we need customising. this should be a few hours work!

1 - Move the current "recent projects" function of the theme to use
http://swipejs.com, at the moment the current component dose not work so good.

2 - change the arrows/navigation for the recent projects section, from a central bar to the side arrows, its important to note that when you go into mobile mode the bar shows up differently. mockups will be supplied.

3 - Change the contact form name field to one thats used by the no spam plugin. an example of which can be seen in the blog comments section. All we want to do is switch the name field.

4 - change the page shift when you click on the navigation, at the moment when you click on a button in the navigation, the page shifts up but not enough, need to bring it up by 40px.

5 - when using the navigation in mobile view, the page you go from navigation is zoomed in a little. this makes the page look a bit odd, need to fix this.

This is a responsive them and we would like to keep it very tidy. Please only bid if you are going to do a clean code and not a "that will do" attitude.
