I'm looking for a very basic website to market my property investment business. I'm not looking to spend more than £50 hence the website can use one of the freely available wordpress themes with clean design, mobile friendly and good responsiveness.

The website will have 4 pages with some images and content. The pages are: Homepage, About Us, Services & Contact Us.

I like the design of this wordpress theme so something similar will be great.
