Wordpress Reservations

General information for the website: Bed & Breakfast
Description of requirements/features: Hi there,

We run a bed and breakfast and would like a reservation system adding to our existing wordpress website. We've looked at various plugins but none cater to our exact needs so we either need something new, or modifications to an existing one. More details can be provided but our most basic needs of the system are:

- customer can choose type of booking (e.g. room, tent, caravan etc) and the correct form displays for that type
- form options show # of rooms, # of adults and children and # of nights (room bookings)
- form doesn't show what rooms are available, just IF they're available
- form options show # of nights and calculates price by size (caravan bookings)
- real time booking calendar
- ability to manage booking calendar, block out dates etc as we have telephone bookings too
- ability to choose optional extras such as breakfast, travel cots etc
- a payment facility is not required but we would like to show the customer the price and have them click 'book now' and enter their address, telephone, email address etc
- ability for us to amend or cancel reservations
