WordPress Redirecting and WordPress Dashboard issues

Hello, i have two sites, both are having pretty simple issues

1) sites goes redirected to other sites, as i have checked all but i couldnt find so i need some one experts to fix this
2) sites i dont allowed to logged in to Wp-dashboard as a admin, if you can fix it, that would be great

if both issues fixed, will have regular on going projects

Make sure both projects can be done 1 day..! only accepts if can possible to do today
