I have had an issue with a wordpress site - the renewal failed and the site was deleted by the hosting provider. I have managed to retrieve all the files on the server, but now it is in a new hosting instance the wordpress site needs to be restored. Note there is no backup or restore file here - it needs to somehow be rebuilt from the original files.
