Wordpress Plugin Plus Lead Management Platform

Looking for experienced design/development team to develop a plugin for our real estate wordpress sites. The plugin should

Force Users to Register with popup when trying to view properties
After registration we will track users movements and see which homes they are looking at.
We'd also like to track the source of traffic where did the user come from?

When data is gathered it should goto management platform like attached image.
We'd like to be able to e-mail from the platform directly to the leads.
Also would like all the data to go there, which homes did they view? Average price? What cities/areas? Returning Visits.
