Wordpress Plugin Modification

I would like to modify the following plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/cubepoints/

I already have the module working to me the requirement, I just need some bug fixes and I am ready to pay.

My Requirement: To insert “AddThis Sharing Widget” which can be found freely here: http://www.addthis.com/) strictly including the following functions:

Each time the post displaying the item image (which usually by default) is shared, a pre-defined point which is configured in the admin is increased. This point should be added with 2 decimals starting from 0.01 onwards. A cookie setting to avoid duplicate sharing of the same item should be configured from the admin panel. This point should be added only when the SHARE button is clicked on the sharing window and not when the pop up window is manually closed. The icons of AddThis should be circular (32px) and should list only the following icons and in sequence.

When a purchase is made, an option to provide discount based on percentage of the item price should be provided on the check out page.

Example: A user shares ‘n’ number of items and assumed to have earned $150 points (we may call points as dollars). He buys an item on the website worth $500. When he checks out, on the checkout page, he is prompted that he can use 20% of $500 (which is $100) from the money/points earned. If he ticks YES, then he is billed for $400 and he has $50 left in in his account.
