Description of requirements/features: We are developing a property portal for a client and part of the functionality involves two plugins: WP Front End PM and WP User Credits.
Both of these are installed and are 'working' but we need them to be connected in a very specific way.
The User credit system has a shortcode which enables admin to charge users a credit to view a page (URL). Once they have paid the credit once, they are allowed to view this page an unlimited amount of times.
We also have a private messaging plugin. Within the message inbox, a user can click on a received message to view the stream. The stream has its own unique URL. The URL does not change with the number of messages in this the stream, as the 2 users will be the same.
What we need is to integrate the two, so that when a user clicks to view/reply to a message for the first time (ie visit the message stream URL) they use a credit. After that, they can visit that message stream as many times as they need to without spending another credit.
This project is to implement the shortcode from the user credit system (in PHP) into the messaging system. We do not need to extend either of the plugins, just apply this 'connection'.
I have attached two screenshots which show how it would work for a user and also a screenshot of the shortcode information for the user credit plugin. I can also send over the PHP files which I think are relevant, but People Per Hour will not allow me to add them here. I would also advise that before you pitch, you take a look at the plugins which can be found at:

I will provide complete access to the site on our test server. Please only bid if you can make this happen as we are under relatively strict time constraints. I am hoping this is only a few hours work for an experienced Wordpress developer. Unfortunately this is slightly out of our depth.
