Wordpress Plugin

I need a wordpress plugin that will allow us to add companies to the database along with postcodes. The plugin must show a google map on the public side with a postcode lookup feature using the Google API.

I must be able to put companies into categories and the app must have a skin so I can change the layout and look and feel.

Very basic plugin but we often have little pieces of work such as this that overflow.
