[WordPress] Move a custom field table to another theme

Hi,
The project is quite simple and straight forward. I am using a custom table with custom fields (ACF Plugin) to show smartphone specifications to Single Posts like this: https://techvalue.gr/oneplus-6t-%CF%87%CE%B1%CF%81%CE%B1%CE%BA%CF%84%CE%B7%CF%81%CE%B9%CF%83%CF%84%CE%B9%CE%BA%CE%AC-30078/
What i need is:
1) Move this project to another theme with child theme which is already there (child theme).
2) Except single posts i will need to display the exact same table with smartphone specs to tags.
3) Check the whole code if is needed any improvements and also for SEO.
4) Improve and fix CSS issues to new theme so it looks good.
