Wordpress Mods & Long term partnership

I have a website and I would like to add a image on both sides (left and right) on the outer part of the content box. Also, I would like the responsive part of the theme to be edited so the navigation bar buttons turn grey not orange and set for the responsive version a image displayed (like a logo) at the top.

and the side content will be like the book on this link: http://www.thanetscouts.org.uk/
