Wordpress improvement, SEO and ongoing maintenance - Freelancer required

General information for the website: We sell eliquid for electronic cigarettes
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: We recently migrated from a basic Wix.com setup to Wordpress and are not satisfied with the work done by a developer chosen from PPH. The business is receiving many compliments yet the website is not up to scratch.

Rather than make another poor decision in finding a suitable developer, we would like someone local to North or Central London that is experienced in Wordpress and that can meet occasionally in person (in a coffee shop etc) and discuss and offer new ideas, then work to plan for a specified hourly rate and time per week. If this person VAPES or enjoys luxury goods, it would be a real bonus but not essential.

We need to improve the design and functionality of the back end especially, ensuring the business operators can manage the website conveniently.

The business is heading in the right direction and the industry is very exciting. If the new developer helps us to improve our position, we would be interested in retaining services for this and a similar project also based on Wordpress.
