[wordpress] Implementing JS table sorting plugin with some extra enhancements

Looking to hire an excellent coder to implement an existing javascript sort/filtering/search plugin to a table formatted in HTMl using div's not table ellements.

Job descriptions:

- Implement existing JS table sorter to DIV formattted table. (for example something like: http://listjs.com/ )
- Add dropdown field which sets a cookie to remember the preferred data set (one from set 1 until 11).
- Make the table sorting/filter functions accessible by URL parameters, so you can sort/filter the plugin by linking to that specific URL.
